To ensure harmony within our exclusive community, we strictly require adherence to the following rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all interior areas of the apartment, including the perimeter terrace. Pets are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are mandatory from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. This building maintains very strict noise policies; any violation of these rules resulting in complaints or disturbances may lead to penalties and fines imposed directly on the guest by the condo administration. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 6 people. Parties or events are prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund.
You will have exclusive and complete access to the entire apartment. Building access is controlled 24/7 by a security gate. Your check-in is self-guided via a state-of-the-art digital lock on the apartment door. Personalized access codes will be sent to you a few minutes before your scheduled arrival time. You will enjoy all the building's luxury common areas: the gym, the exclusive beachfront pool, the rooftop pool, and the sun deck area. Your comfort and security are our highest priority in this private setting.
We deeply value your privacy and autonomy. Our check-in process is completely self-guided so you can arrive and feel at home immediately. However, our Guest Services team is available for you from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm for any queries, local recommendations, or technical/maintenance support you may need. Due to the exclusive nature of the building and to comply with security protocols, it is MANDATORY for all guests to fill out a pre-registration form after booking. Official government IDs (ID's) will be requested for all adult guests. For Mexican minors, a copy of their CURP (official population registry) will be required for registration.
