Bedroom 2: King bed, futon/sofa bed, ensuite bathroom (with curtain) and open walking closet.
Bedroom 3: King bed, annexed double bed, double sink in the bathroom (with curtain), and built-in wardrobe.
Bathrooms: 3.5 total bathrooms.
Essential Equipment: Fully equipped kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove and oven, microwave with hood, and refrigerator. Basic cooking utensils included. Service area with a stacked washer and dryer. The living and dining areas feature a split-level design with direct views of the condominium’s cascade pool and garden. Please note the house has multiple internal staircases.

Times: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Guests: The strict limit is 8 people.
Noise: Please respect quiet hours, especially after 10:00 PM. No parties or noisy events are allowed.
Smoke: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed.
Registration: Mandatory pre-registration of all guests is required. You must fill out a check-in form and share official IDs (Passport/Driver's License) for adults and names/ages for minors, at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund.
You will have complete and exclusive access to the entire house and the luxury common areas of the condominium.
Property Access: Access to the house is via a secure lockbox located next to the main door. We will provide the secret code on the day of your arrival, just before 4:00 PM.
Condominium Access: To enter the development with your vehicle, you must ring the bell at the security gatehouse. The on-duty guard will open the gate for you. If you arrive on foot, the same procedure applies to pass the gatehouse.
Common Amenities: Enjoy the spectacular cascade-connected pool area, the gardens, and the stone wall landscaping. Access to San Miguelito Beach is public and secure, a short walking distance away.
We want your stay to be completely private and free of interruptions, while ensuring you have unconditional support.
Our level of interaction is discreet but constant. We will not interact in person unless you request it. We are experienced hosts and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the messaging platform or phone, to handle any emergency, question, or need that arises during your stay. Mandatory Registration: It is essential to complete the registration form and send IDs for all adults, plus the CURP or birth certificate for minors, before arrival to notify condominium security. Failure to complete this step may delay your check-in.
Staircase Warning: This property is built on multiple levels. There are staircases in all areas of the house, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or families with babies who require a completely flat environment. Please consider this before booking.
