Imagine waking up to the ocean sound. This exquisite 2-bedroom apartment on Arenika's second floor is your luxury haven for up to six guests. The modern coastal design blends with serenity, offering a private balcony to enjoy unparalleled views. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, oven, and large refrigerator, inviting you to create culinary moments. Bedroom 1 is versatile (Full-size + Sofa Bed and private bath). Bedroom 2 is a King sanctuary, with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Your comfort is paramount, with premium linens and direct access to the complex's pool and private beach.
Arenika is nestled in the tranquil embrace of Bahía Petempich, a well-kept secret where nature takes center stage. Here, exclusivity and calm will allow you to profoundly disconnect and reconnect with your loved ones. The beauty of isolation is our promise. Please be mindful: The location is pristine; for exploring or restocking, a private vehicle is necessary, as there are no services within walking distance. Puerto Morelos and the airport are just a comfortable drive away.
We ask you to follow the rules for a better coexistence with neighbors and the entire environment: For the delivery of your access codes, you must fill out our Check-in form or send your IDs. The reservation is solely for the registered guests, visits or extra guests are not allowed, nor pets. Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances. The use of speakers is only inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume and with doors and windows closed. Please do not use towels to clean makeup or bronzer. The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to protect the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can clog and pollute a lot. We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows visible to neighbors. Please do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the trash please ask us. Respect the speed limits to reach the property. Swimwear is mandatory for pool use. The schedule is from 8 am to 8 pm. We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes, and balloons to the pool area.
IMPORTANT: Replacement for loss of key, cards, wristbands, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each. For each rule that is not complied with, the condominium or the neighborhood committee may charge up to $200 USD penalty or remove or speak to the police for an eviction due to bad behavior. Bookings of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use, they should not exceed it. You have total privacy in the property, however, if a force majeure cause arises where we have to access we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc).
You will have exclusive access to your luxurious 2-bedroom apartment, designed for your maximum comfort. You can also enjoy all of Arenika's shared amenities: the pristine private beach, the refreshing pool, the palapa, the common restrooms, and the controlled parking. Your entry experience will be secure and friction-less.
