Identification: Filling out the Check-in Form (or sending IDs) is mandatory to receive your access codes.
Silence & Occupancy: Strict quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Maximum 2 registered guests. No visitors or pets.
Smoking/Substances: Smoking inside the studio and consuming illegal substances are prohibited.
Plumbing: Critical Warning: DO NOT flush paper, towels, or any objects down the toilet. Sensitive plumbing.
Linens: Avoid using towels to remove makeup or bronzer.
Pool: Hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (swimsuit mandatory). Food, glass, or cigarettes are prohibited in the pool area.
Aesthetics: Do not hang clothes or towels on windows or visible balconies.
⚠️ Fees and Penalties
Condo Fines: Failure to comply with any rule (especially noise or extra guests) generates fines of up to $200 USD, which are the sole responsibility of the guest.
Replacement: Loss of keys, access cards, etc., incurs a $20 USD fee per item.
You have exclusive access to your intimate Azuk Studio, including your private terrace with direct beach access. Furthermore, you are welcome to enjoy all the luxurious shared amenities of the Arenika complex: the pool, the palapa, the private beach, the outdoor restrooms, and the controlled parking. Your entry is always secure and designed for your comfort.
Your privacy is sacred. Our service is discreet, autonomous, and non-intrusive, ensuring your peace is absolute. While we are not constantly present, we are available 24/7 via message to offer you immediate support and resolve any urgent eventuality or inquiry.
Plan your provisions: Remember, there are no nearby stores. Do your grocery shopping before arriving to enjoy worry-free.
Nature: You are immersed in a living ecosystem. It is possible to see local fauna. Respect for the environment is vital.
Cellular Signal: It may be intermittent in the area, but our WiFi will keep you connected.
To obtain your access codes, it is important that you share the Registration form sent via app.
Important: Replacement for loss of key, cards, wristbands, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each. For each rule that is not complied with, the condominium or the neighborhood committee may charge up to $200 USD penalty or remove or speak to the police for an eviction due to bad behavior. Bookings of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use, they should not exceed it. You have total privacy in the property, however, if a force majeure cause arises where we have to access we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc).
