The neighbourhood

The apartment is located in the modern LCondos condominium, just steps away from the famous 5th Avenue and a 5-minute walk from the beach. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, artisan shops, boutiques, and bars.

Right outside the building, you’ll find a convenience store (Oxxo) and the popular La Cueva del Chango restaurant, a great spot for breakfast. On 34th Street and 10th Avenue, you'll also find a new Chedraui Selecto supermarket, perfect for your daily groceries. Everything is walkable — no car needed.

No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

Only one final cleaning is included;
*Extra cleaning has an extra cost.
*Extra towels and/or lines have an extra cost.
*Change towels and/or lines has an extra cost.
Intermediate cleaning required for 7+ night stays (with cost)

Electricity charged separately for stays of 7 nights or more. Consumption will be calculated based on the difference between the meter reading at check-in and the meter reading at check-out.

Parking is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

Some stairs may be required to reach certain areas despite elevator access
Typical urban noise may occur due to central location
Security cameras in shared/common areas for your safety

Holiday dates are not available for extra cleaning services
We do supply some home and bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, soap, body soap, shampoo, paper towels, and some trash bags. Just note these items are not replenished.

* Failure to comply with regulations or misuse of facilities will result in a $200 fine.
