Bracelet use is mandatory (fee applies if not returned).
Key or bracelet loss incurs a $15 USD charge per item.
Only one final cleaning is included;
*Extra cleaning has an extra cost.
*Extra towels and/or lines have an extra cost.
*Change towels and/or lines has an extra cost.
Intermediate cleaning required for 7+ night stays (with cost)
Electricity charged separately for stays of 7 nights or more. Consumption will be calculated based on the difference between the meter reading at check-in and the meter reading at check-out.
Access to gym with prior reservation and during posted hours
Parking is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
Some stairs may be required to reach certain areas despite elevator access
Typical urban noise may occur due to central location
Security cameras in shared/common areas for your safety
Holiday dates are not available for extra cleaning services
We do supply some home and bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, soap, body soap, shampoo, paper towels, and some trash bags. Just note these items are not replenished.
* Failure to comply with regulations or misuse of facilities will result in a $200 fine.
Our host will be available to assist you throughout your stay, please don't hesitate to contact them with any needs concerns.
