House rules

Please report anything broken inside your apartment, including glasses, plates, cutlery, or electronics.
At Lalola Puerto Morelos, all our rooms are non-smoking.
You can go upstairs to the designated smoking area while enjoying the incredible views from our rooftop terrace.
Pets are not allowed.
Food is not allowed in the pool area.
Inflatable pool toys are not allowed for safety reasons.
Sitting or climbing on the pool edge is not allowed.
Puerto Morelos's atmosphere is one of relaxation, peace, and harmony. If you have a Bluetooth speaker, please respect the volume so as not to disturb other guests.

Guest access

Access the building with your personal password, then use the elevator or stairs to reach your apartment door.

Interaction with guests

Contact us via message to resolve any questions, and once you arrive, either through the concierge or by text, we'll be happy to assist you.

Other things to note

At Lalola Puerto Morelos, our goal is for our guests to enjoy the place as if they were at home. We're leaving you the LOLATIPS so you can make the most of your stay.

The avenue where we're located becomes pedestrian-only at 3:00 PM; if you're driving, please arrive before then.

Don't forget a small cooler and a Yeti-type thermos for the pool area, as the use of glass is prohibited in this area for everyone's safety. Any can is perfect. Just no glass.

Forget about driving, everything is within walking distance: Chedraui Selecto, the pharmacy, Oxxo, restaurants, and the beach.

Our Rooftop is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Come up early to see the sunrise; you won't regret it.

Our rooms have coffee makers; bring your own ground coffee to start the day!

If you're going to the beach, we recommend exiting LALOLA, turning left, and then turning right at the corner. Done!

The tourist scene in Puerto Morelos, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc., ends at 11:00 PM. Keep this in mind.

Wir waren die Nacht vor unserer Abreise zu Gast und waren etwas traurig, dass es nur eine Nacht war . Zum Flughafen sind es auch nur 25 min mit dem Auto und es ist wesentlich entspannter als in Cancun direkt. Perfekt zum ankommen oder abreisen und grundsätzlich eine gute Alternative zu Cancun oder playa del Carmen! Es ist alles um die Unterkunft was macht braucht , Bars , Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte und auch ein sehr großer ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Unterkunft selbst: Sie hat uns umgehauen. Alles war super sauber & es wurde auf viele Kleinigkeiten geachtet. Wasser zum trinken bei Ankunft, das Zimmer war bereits klimatisiert, steamer & viele Handtücher! Alles war sehr neu und super in Ordnung. Adas Badezimmer ist fantastisch und es war die beste Dusche die wir in 3 Wochen Reise hatten - endlich wieder eine mit genug Wasserdruck! Falls wir nochmal in Mexiko sind - kommen wir bestimmt wieder !

Great location, next to restaurants and bars. Safe location with many things to do. Amazing rooftop Pool! The room was really nice, modern look with great wood features. Large balcóny and new AC. This building is brand new with elevator.
