Welcome to The Bamboo Manor II – in Playa Paraíso!

– Bedrooms:
A master suite with an extra king-size bed, Smart TV with channels and Netflix, and high-end air conditioning.
The second and third bedrooms each feature two double beds, Smart TVs with channels and Netflix, and high-end air conditioning.

– Bathrooms:
The villa includes two full bathrooms and a half bathroom on the ground floor. One is a private en-suite in the master bedroom; the other is shared between bedrooms one and two.

– Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy a spacious dining area and a breakfast bar.

– Living Room:
The living space features air conditioning for your comfort and a Smart TV.

It is perfectly situated: 10 minutes from the charming fishing village of Puerto Morelos, 25 minutes from Playa del Carmen, and only 35 minutes south of Cancún and its international airport. House rules

HOUSE RULES DURING YOUR STAY ✨

-The reservation is strictly for registered guests only. No visitors or additional guests are allowed.

-Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

-No smoking inside the property or use of illegal substances.

-Speakers are allowed only inside the property, during the day, at moderate volume, with doors and windows closed.

-Towels are for bathroom use only—please don’t use them to remove makeup or sunscreen. Help us keep them in good condition!

-To protect the environment and avoid plumbing issues, do not flush paper or other objects down the toilet.

-Hanging towels or clothes from balconies or visible windows is not allowed.

-Please do not leave trash in common areas or outside the unit. If you're unsure where to dispose of it, just ask us!

-Drive safely and respect speed limits when arriving at the property.

-Swimwear is required in the pool. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

-No food, glass containers, cigarettes, or balloons are allowed in the pool area.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

Lost keys, access cards, bracelets, parking permits, or towels will incur a replacement fee of $20 USD each.

Failure to follow any rule may result in fines of up to $200 USD by the condominium or neighbors’ committee, or legal action (eviction, police involvement) for misconduct ⚖️.

Stays of 7 nights or more include only 20 kWh of electricity per night. Extra usage will be charged at $5 MXN per kWh ⚡. With responsible use, you shouldn't exceed this limit.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. However, in case of emergencies (e.g. flooding, leaks, fire), we may need access to the property—we will notify you in advance ⏳.

Your reservation includes a full cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you’d like additional cleanings during your visit, just let us know in advance—we’ll be happy to arrange it. Daily housekeeping is available (except Sundays), and we’re sure you’ll love Rafaela. She can also assist with laundry for a small tip.
