The space

Welcome to Villa Luna—Isla Mujeres!

-Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom. You'll also find a wardrobe for your convenience.
The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom, along with a wardrobe.

-Bathrooms:
This villa has two full bathrooms, one in each bedroom, plus a half bathroom near the pool area.

-Kitchen & Breakfast Bar:
The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare delicious meals, and the breakfast bar seats up to 5 people for a cozy dining experience.

-Living Room:
In the living room, you'll find a sofa that can convert into a sofa bed, offering an additional bed if needed. The space also includes a ceiling fan and air conditioning for your comfort. Sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace and shared pool area.

-Balcony/Terrace:
Enjoy the Caribbean breeze from the balcony with outdoor seating for up to 6 people, offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

-Outdoor/Common Areas:
Relax by the shared swimming pool, enjoy the sun loungers, and make use of the outdoor shower and half bathroom.

NOTE:
In this peaceful retreat with a family-friendly atmosphere, we prioritize the tranquility of all our guests. To maintain a relaxing environment, parties and loud noises/music are not permitted during the night. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

RULES DURING YOUR STAY✨

-The reservation is exclusively for the registered guests. Visitors, additional guests, and pets are not allowed.
-Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
-Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
-The use of speakers is only allowed inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.
-Towels are for the bathroom; please do not use them to clean makeup or sunscreen, we want them to stay in good condition!
-To care for the environment and avoid plumbing issues, please do not dispose of paper or other items in the toilets.
-Hanging towels or clothes on balconies or windows visible to neighbors is prohibited.
-Please do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If you don’t know where to dispose of it, ask us!
-Respect speed limits when approaching the property.
-Swimwear is required to use the pool. The pool hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
-No food, glass containers, cigarettes, or balloons are allowed in the pool area.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

-In case of loss of keys, cards, wristbands, parking passes, or towels, replacement will cost $20 USD each.
-For any rule violation, the condo or the neighborhood committee may charge a penalty of up to $200 USD or take legal action (eviction, police involvement) due to misconduct ⚖️.
-7 nights or more reservations include only 20kWh of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will incur a charge of 5 pesos per extra kWh ⚡. With responsible use, this should not be exceeded.
-You will have total privacy during your stay, but if an emergency (such as flooding, leaks, fire, etc.) arises that requires our access, we will notify you in advance ⏳.

We loved the view, the pool was beautiful. Everything thing inside was very comfortable. Two restaurants right next door to walk to. Golf cart ride to anywhere else that we wanted to vist, great location. We will definitely stay again next time on the island.

We spent 11 nights at Villa Eclipse and will definitely be returning. The ocean view from the front doors is something I will miss. The location was great as its quiet and within walking distance to Punta Sur. It felt like a home away from home but better. We traveled with a six year old and a 76 year old and this Airbnb was very accessible for all age ranges.

Andiani’s place was great! They also have the adjoining unit, exactly the same as the other u it, which we also rented due to the amount of guests in our party.
